Consent to the processing of personal data

You hereby grant your consent to ALcentrum s.r.o., with its registered office at Veselí 35, 535 01 Přelouč, Company ID: 28826361 (hereinafter referred to as the “Controller”) to process the following personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulation”):

name and surname,
e-mail,
telephone number,
address,
other personal data necessary for the fulfillment of the specified purpose.

Personal data will be processed only to the extent and for the purpose strictly necessary for:

receiving and handling inquiries from contact forms,
receiving and handling inquiries and orders for the company's services and products and
other inquiries from visitors to the alcentrum.cz website,
recording suitable job applicants (as potential employees).

This data will be processed by the Administrator for a maximum of 3 years.

Consent to the processing of personal data can be withdrawn at any time, in writing, for example by sending an email to or a letter to the contact details of ALcentrum s.r.o., Veselí 35, 535 01 Přelouč.

Personal data is processed by the Administrator, and only the data necessary to fulfill their purpose are provided to third parties (e.g. the carrier must be provided with the name, address and telephone number for the purpose of delivering the order from the e-shop).

Personal data is provided voluntarily, is accurate and truthful.

Only authorized employees will have access to your personal data.

Please note that under the Personal Data Protection Act you have the right to:

withdraw your consent at any time,
request information from us about what personal data we process about you,
request an explanation from us regarding the processing of your personal data,
request access to this data from us and have it updated or corrected,
request that we delete this personal data,
in case of doubt about compliance with the obligations related to the processing of personal data, contact us or the Office for Personal Data Protection.
